The EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) helps traders and consumers settle disagreements out of court. Tipik’s online campaign, built around paid advertising and social media, helped traders get to grips with their obligations and consumers their rights. Simple, striking visuals carried the message that the platform provides a fast, fair and convenient solution to what can be messy problems.
