Belnet’s annual networking conference brought together 150 of the network’s users to discuss hot topics like data protection and cyber security and make new contacts. The client, a public organisation dedicated to providing high-performing ICT networks, needed a partner to make sure the logistics of the conference ran smoothly and make it a real success.

Tipik’s events team took on logistics and managed sponsors’ stands. They also injected a bit of creativity by installing a virtual surfing machine. Conference participants more used to surfing the web got the chance to surf the waves for the day. Our team showed that a small events budget doesn’t mean we have to compromise on creativity.
