Erasmus Mundus: Many journeys, one community.

The strength of Erasmus Mundus lies in the people who make it happen. Through events designed to connect and inspire, Tipik helps this community thrive

Erasmus is one of the Europe’s big success stories. Under its umbrella, the EU’s international academic mobility programme Erasmus Mundus has been bringing together an enthusiastic global community for over 20 years.

To ensure the programme keeps delivering academic excellence, it’s crucial to help those shaping and implementing the programme on the ground stay connected. That’s where Tipik comes in.

Meaningful event experiences

Since 2023, we have been helping to deliver event experiences catering to the needs of this community. 

We have been providing logistics for gatherings ranging from small, focused meetings to large-scale gatherings of up to 250 participants. They bring together project representatives, students and alumni and other stakeholders from universities across Europe, creating space for interactive discussions, peer learning and the exchange of best practices. Tipik’s tasks include

• Participant registration and coordination 
• Venue sourcing, catering, and travel and accommodation arrangements
• On-site logistics and technical set-up

Connecting academics in Europe and beyond

Events we have supported include for instance

• The first regional seminar of the Erasmus Mundus Support Initiative in Tokyo, Japan (March 2024): this hybrid event brought together 60 participants, tackling key challenges in international cooperation such as solutions to enhance Asia/Pacific participation in Erasmus+ projects.
• The Erasmus Mundus Annual Conference 2025 in Brussels (November 2025): over 250 participants from across Europe came together for two days of panels and interactive sessions. We also organised study visits to Munich, Germany and Ghent, Belgium, where participants were given campus tours and focused on best practice in diverse areas ranging from student well-being to consortium coordination.
